  STAY AWAY!!! Very unsatisfactory results using this sketchy person and firm. Owned and operated by Linda LaRocque, who claims to be an "Enrolled Agent". (Beware, just because someone is or claims to be an Enrolled Agent, does NOT mean they are going to give good tax advice or service!) To the contrary, I had nothing but trouble with this shady person and company, including incorrect and incompetent tax advice, no secure portal for documents containing personal information like SSN and similar (other tax firms have have secure portals), very poor customer service and a snotty attitude to go with it.
  
  Even in an era where the dangers of sending sensitive information through email is well-known, this individual and firm sends open emails with tax returns with SSN, W2's and bank information in emails. Either they are incredibly stupid or they just don't care.
  
  When I had my previous returns reviewed by other tax professionals and CPA's, they found a number of serious mistakes that had been made, along with completely incorrect tax advice on different situations.
  
  You'd be better of just going to to HR Block...at least you'd have a real company behind the tax preparer. In any case do your homework and find a legitimate firm with real references! By the way, notice how there are no other reviews for this person and firm anywhere on the web? That in itself should be a huge red flag.
