  ZERO stars and I will never go back.
  After waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes after placing my order (only three cars in front of me), I arrived at the window to be told "our drive thru terminal is down, you can come in and order if you want.". No apology, no discount offered only a very rude "what do you want me to do about it?"
  There were a number of things they COULD have done:
  - They had my order, they could have entered it into a working terminal and had my food ready after 25 minutes.
  - They could have walked out and told me what was happening so I could have gone in and ordered while I was parked (TRAPPED) in the drive thru.
  - They could have moved the cars who were getting food to the front of the restaurant and told me I needed to go in rather than trapping me for 25 minutes knowing they weren't going to serve me.
  Equipment malfunctions are understandable, the complete lack of consideration, desire and imagination needed to mitigate this problem are unforgivable and if this is how the franchise does business they have lost mine for life.
