  Honestly, I've been wanting to make this review for awhile now. After going there a few times, I feel the customer service is just not there. The attitude from the employees isn't the greatest, or bring the most comfortable of feelings. I ordered a mocha triple espresso one time, and I asked if my double shot was in there, and they said yes. It wasn't on the tag. So I asked the person that made it and says I had to pay extra for that, which I did. The lack of communication was unfortunate, because I am always in a rush. One time I asked for a iced mocha and got a hot one... -_- Overall, I probably won't be going here again. This location always reminds me why NOT to go to Starbucks. :)
