  Arik actually did a good job on the wood floors in my rental house. But he put wood filler in my bathroom drain creating a plumbing adventure I wasn't looking for. I cannot understand the mentality of someone who would do that. Decided to give him another chance on a different job, though. He came to the house, measured the space, and gave me a price. When I contacted him to do the job he raised the price by several hundred dollars, refusing to honor his initial quote (!!). Very unprofessional. He lost my trust and my business.
