  Horrible. When a customer calls to check your stock on a certain product and they say they have it, and I even describe the product again to confirm, then drive 20 minutes out of my way right after hanging up, only to find that you REALLY DONT have it is awful customer service. And this isnt the first time they have lied about their product stock. I will be sure to call corporate to complain.
