- Diane GossMar, 14 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible company to deal with. I was reading the other reviews and am having the same problems. It has been impossible for me to get them to pick up the equipment. Had to get a release from the doctor which is fine but then they didn't respond for a few days, which brought us in to the next billing cycle (very convenient for them). Then just showed up one day to drop off testing equipment necessary to get the doctor's release and left a "sorry we missed you note" which was inevitable as they never called to let me know when they were coming. This is a total racket. I would steer clear of this company. There are many other oxygen companies.
- David FrenchJan, 15 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Don't know why people gave a bad review, customer service was pleasant and they even went out of their way to load my oxygen tanks in the car. I had a different supply company that earned a bad review, which is why I switched and have no regrets.
