  Sent letter to PSCU to close out accounts since I moved out of state. Called a week later to make sure they received it and they stated they did and that they sent the check regular mail. Two weeks go by... no check. Call back and I am told due to storms the mail may be delayed and to call back in another 2 weeks. A month later the check still is not here. Called and they want a loss affidavit filled out but I will have to wait 90 days for check to expire. Why send a check for thousands of dollars to a customer regular mail instead of certified? Also, you do not need to wait 90 days for it to expire if you have a signed affidavit. Worse customer service. Do not bank with them!
