  I have dealt with Carolyn Elges at Pioneer Home Solutions and can attest that she and this company are "A" rate! Carolyn will get up on the roof and fully inspect it. Then make her recommendations based off of what she sees and the work she knows the insurance company will honor. She will even meet directly with the adjuster and advocate for the client. Pioneer Home Solutions has that perfect mix of personal touch and professionalism that makes a good company great! How do I know? I'm an insurance agent and all of my dealings with this company have left my clients and I elated!

  My mother had gutters put on by Pioneer Roofing and is EXTREMELY Happy!
  
  Pioneer was very timely with the quote, getting the work done and followup.
  
  Not only did they do a great job with the install but their quote came back lower than her previous quote. She was able to do her home and her barn for the same price the previous company quoted for just her home.
  
  Carolyn was a pleasure to work with and I would 100% reccommend her to anyone looking to have any type of roof work done!
