  Employee was smoking cigarettes in the back office when I arrived at the store. Proceeded to stare me down until his cigarette was done. Came to the counter & asked "what do you want?" I wanted an oil change. I gave the man my keys and he said it would take twenty minutes. He THEN went back into the back office & proceeded to lite another cigarette, not starting on my car or any other work. I took my keys and left. Alex, owner or manager, I highly suggest you hire new employees before your business fails due to lack of business or code violations like smoking INSIDE a business.
