  Lori and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I've never had an insurance company that goes so far out of their way to make sure I have what I need and are comfortable and confident in my coverage. Lori personally spent an hour on the phone with me because I had so many questions. She was incredibly patient, shared her story and even helped me save a significant amount of money while getting better coverage, and this was after I'd already been a client for a few years! More recently Michael helped us out with some new policies we were adding and was so accomodating to all of our inquiries and really turned what we felt were complicated decisions into something very managable. Plus, how many times have you recieved a call on your birthday from your insurance company? They really do go above and beyond!
