    Made an appt over a week ago for 8AM. Came in just to find out that appointment times apparently do not matter. Ron said they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle until 1030. I'm not sure why they even make appointments if they can't uphold your appt time. How do you expect to keep customers if you can't uphold a simple appointment time.
