  First stylist didn't cut my hair she thinned it, after letting the salon know I wasn't happy via a review that they solicited, the shop manager called me and asked me if I'd let her take a look at it and see if she could fix it. I appreciated that. However, though technically a better cut it is nothing like the picture she and I agreed on and it doesn't suit me at all. Super disappointed and won't go back.
