  Shuttle frequency. The shuttle runs at the lowest frequency of all the other rental car companies. You will see 2-3 shuttles for the other companies pass you before their shuttle appears.
  
  Line at the facility after arriving by shuttle. The line is very long and slower than the line at any other company I have ever rented from. >1 hour from arrival to leaving with a car.
  
  Fees. After signing up for the "refueling program" where you allow EZ to refuel the car for you for $2.43 per gallon which they pitch as being cheaper than outside gas stations, they charge your credit card $6 per gallon to refuel your car.
  
  Use a different company. You will be glad you did.
