  I had a poor experience w/ Cheryl and I feel it's only fair to share this with other unsuspecting business owners. After starting w/ Cheryl for our bookkeeping, and setting a monthly cost that we agreed upon, my monthly costs then continued to be 2 to 3 times what was agreed upon, and this trend never ceased. And then when I terminated the relationship after less than a year, my accounting books were held hostage for 3 weeks, crippling my company, and all b/c the last invoice was not submitted on time to the bank by Cheryl herself, who I had given full bank access to and never rescinded so that I could make a clean break & just move on. Always excuses about court battles w/ disgruntled clients (light bulb moment) and this or that when I have never in my life failed to pay on any of my obligations. My new bookkeeping firm has done a brilliant job and my cost is what was agreed upon, the same cost that I was to have been charged by Cheryl originally, but they're actually keeping their word. I am very happy to have changed bookkeepers, & regret having to share this experience, but it's one of the worst that I have had to go through in business. Cheryl did do a good job with being detail oriented.
