  Staff here is great. They care about the animals. During their vaccine clinic, there were an overwhelming number of people. And as with any line, some jackasses thought they were special and could cut the line. While staff didn't stop this or make them return to the line, the next day they had a system in place to ensure people were taken in the order they arrived. They make getting your animal fully vaccinated and registered an easy and painless process. They even do the paperwork!
