  I tried scheduling a visit with this complex on a Saturday. Pete, the person we spoke with, lives in Fort Collins so he didn't want to drive down to Denver for one showing. He wanted us to come on a weekday but we both work during the week and during normal business hours. They don't have regular office hours only when he's there- how convenient for the regular working folks who are apartment hunting. He was rude on the phone and did not listen to our requests and ignored what we were asking him. Terrible customer service and definitely lost the potential of a new renter.
