    Warning: read with a grain of salt, as I’m not much of a “sour beer guy.” But I enjoy the educational experience here, trying out the wild wild world of sour fermentation. So, being a brewery of ONLY Sour Beers, don’t take anyone with that wants a regular beer. If they’re not in the adventurous mood, you’ll probably miss the chance to enjoy spending time here.
