    I've NEVER received the kind of bad service I received at this place (8000 E Quincy Ave) for automotive service. I have an older car and went there to see if they could tell me what the problem was (a thumping noise coming from underneath the car when driving over rough roads). The young mechanic and I drove the car for about a block then he told me that he was almost certain that he knew what the problem was. He put the car on a lift and showed me the front left axle and that it needed replacing. I told him I did not want to put a lot of money into the 2001 vehicle. I told him all I wanted was to get rid of the noise. He then said that replacing the sway bar link would get rid of the noise. I asked him if he was sure it would take care of the noise and he said yes. I had the part replaced and as soon as I left I noticed the noise was still there. I Had lots of things to do that day so went back the next day. I talked to the mechanic (I think his name was Taylor [could be wrong]) and told him he had told me that the part replacement would take care of the noise. He said that what he'd told me was that that was only part of the problem. I immediately knew I I was not going to get anywhere with this guy. I called him a liar and turned around and left. IN ADDITION: A few days later I called an auto parts place and asked for the cost of a sway bar link. I was quoted $38 and change + tax. I called ColoradoLand and spoke to one of the managers (that's how he identified himself) and asked him why I was charged $93.17 for the part they installed. He said it was because they give a 2 year guarantee on their parts and I told him I could not believe I was charged 3 times as much as what I could've paid for the part if I'd bought it myself. I told him I would never do business with them again and that I was going to put the word out on this place. Until today I had never given a bad rating. But, this is something I could not pass up without warning the public.

    In response to what the owner's response was to my review: You fail to address my 2 complaints;
    1) The mechanic told me that changing the one sway bar would take care of my problem, and;
    2) The ridiculous markup of what you charged for the part's cost.
    You offer to look at my car again, but, as I previously stated, I will never do business with you again. So, no, you will not be looking at my car again.
