  The management asked me to call and find a resolution ..i called actually i asked them for the pictures that support their claims for the 150 dollars . they refused to provide any photos or any proof to support their claims. the only receipt i received was receipt for changing the paint to another style. which i should not be responsible for at all. I think after the Racist comments over the phone last time Greystar called me, i should have known that there will be no resolution from their side. they just want to cause damage for any one who leave their horrible apartments. they know you are foreigner , they think they can rip you off !! but not with me!! I think now the court is the only way forward. and again i would recommend people to be careful when they rent with them and take photos when leaving like i did so they can protect themselves in the court. Terrible renting experience , i regret every penny i paid there!! never ever is my advice!! much better properties around and with far more honest management!
