    Not a strict vegan, but their beet/quinoa/seed vegan burger is better than any conventional burger I've had in YEARS!!
    I am allergic to almost everything on their menu and they were gracious enough to accommodate my order and make it in a separate pan to ensure no cross contamination. Definitely recommend this truck when it's around, we will be ordering again next time we see it!
