  Been here for nearly 2 years. I cannot wait to depart once my lease is up. Management is absolutely uncompassionate and will not hesitate to retaliate with allegations of lease violations if you point out serious issues with the apartment complex. Not what I expected retiring from the military. There are far more affordable and better maintained apartments in the area.
  
  -Courtyard continues to be a cesspool of mud and pet feces and urine.
  -Parking lot has been severely neglected.
  -Cockroach infestation took over 5 months to be fixed.
  -Have high suspicions maintenance enters the units without prior notice.
  -Entrance doors continue to breakdown.
  -Colony of rats inhabit the dumpster.
  -Tenets mail packages are left in the open to be stolen.
