  All three elevators are frequently broken (I have had to carry my dog up and down 12 flights of stairs on multiple occasions). There is never parking available on the streets and tickets are on several cars each morning for parking more than two hours, being too close to the meters (seriously), etc. I requested a parking spot ($200) through Archer Tower in person three times, via email twice, and phone call once - 5 months later I was given two options which they never followed through with. Management is rarely responsive via phone and email - very little gets accomplished in person as well. In addition, you pay significantly more for this building than others in the area. I will not be renewing my lease and I would definitely not recommend living here.
