  This is the most unprofessional and rudest establishment I have ever done business with. If you have to get glasses or contacts, you should definitely go some place else. I respect and understand that an order may take a little longer than promised, but the staff doesn’t have to be so rude and dismissive toward you when you ask about it. Take it from me - if you want to be treated like an appreciated customer, take your time and money elsewhere.
