  Having a new roof put on your home is a big deal! Only a once or twice in a lifetime experience. It's your home and family underneath so you want to get it right.
  Being a contractor myself i knew the questions that i needed to ask to allow me confidence in the contractor I intended to hire. I wanted reliability, good communication, references, insurance, BBB and the right Project Manager.
  Chris was on time to our first appointment and immediately presented me with a professional looking packet. Just inside were references, BBB information, certificate of insurance. Boom! Just like that we are off on a good start! Communication was great. Chris came by several different time to drop off samples, re-measure the roof, etc. Each time he was on time, courteous and professional. I even had him investigate some siding issues. A perfect opportunity for a contractor to "up sell" but he simply said "...you don't need to replace it, just paint it when you can".
  They stocked when they said they would, started work when they said they would, did a quality job and got out leaving my place clean and my roof pretty. Great communication throughout.
  I really can't think of how they could have done a better job!
