  They have a young receptionist who knows absolutely nothing about scheduling or customer service. Management is rude, snarky, and also lack customer service skills. Had an appointment for one of their guys to come out between 5-6. Was told at 4:20 he'd be there shortly. I was at work and told them my time was for 5-6. Left work and was home by 4:30. 5:30 and I had to call as no one had shown up. Was told he was there at 5pm. That was a lie as I was out side watching for him. Didn't appreciate that at all on top of having to leave work early. The next guy was a no call no show. They finally got someone out at 9:30pm. He thought he fixed the problem and was told to let him know if it didn't work , that was on 11/2. Here it is 5 days later and my sink is back to backing up. When they called to schedule after my landlord called them James was extremely rude and short.

  The young man who came today was TERRIFIC!! Great work, great price. 7 of my children were here while he worked, he answered questions with a great spirit!!! He prepped his work area before he began, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING when he finished. I couldn't be happier, or more satisfied, with this transaction today. Highly recommended this company!!
