  Mark was so wonderful when he helped me out... I was being "that cheap customer", not cuz I was asking him to discount his parts, but because I'm working on a budget (DIY, not by choice, but by necessity) and I was just telling him what I could afford and what I couldn't. Despite that, he gave me the best of customer service experience even tho I could tell he was hot, busy and exhausted.
  
  He was very fair with me on price, did great labor for me in an astounding timeframe, and truly delivered above and beyond what I had requested. I am a loyal customer for anything transmission related from here on out.
