  PB is definitely the best barre workout out of all the "barre chain" studios, in my opinion. A great balance of arms, legs, and plenty of abs which I love! Some studios tend to be very leg heavy. However, the barres are shockingly low, and if you're tall like me (anyone over 5'7 I'd say, I'm 6')you will likely feel awkward in certain exercises. Pure Barre, please consider raising one of the barres. There are lots of tall people in Denver!
