  Horrible customer service. Just go to a digferent location.
  
  Showed up and they shooed me into the waiting room. Then they came into the room after about a half hour and them already draining my oil to talk about prices and options. I said I thought there would be a cheaper option for oil changes and I'm not comfortable paying these prices for just an oil change without even a fluid check included.
  
  They said that I have to buy something because they drained the oil already and they can't hand the car back to me without oil in it.
  
  They also said 'when I pull up and get out of my car, I consent to having work done on it.' Apparently, they are just not interested in their customers making educated decisions on what they're buying. Couldn't understand anything they said 'to me' and constantly had to ask for clarification and them to repeat themselves.
  Very poor customer service.
