  Quote from the owner after I told him the soap dispenser was not only not installed, but his guys drilled the hole too close to the sink....
  
  "We drill the hole where we are told and unfortunately once the holes are drilled theirs not much you can do. The soap dispenser bladder looks very large, I suggest getting a smaller one."
