  My story began 3 years ago when I tore my meniscus. After going to the orthopedic dr., I decided to try to have it repaired, but 3 months later my knee re-tore and I was back in pain. Over the next 2 and 1/2 years I tried to visit several physical therapist, chiropractors, acupuncture, and was on a pretty strict supplement regiment. All of these things helped and my knee slowly got better to the point where I could run and practice martial arts again, but only once every 10-14 days. After 1 short run my knee would swell and become extremely stiff for about 10+ days, so I was still limited on what I could do. I was really close to considering going back in for surgery to have the meniscus removed, but after talking to a friend I decided to stop by Dr. Weimer's office. I had heard Dr. Weimer talk previously at Natural Grocers, and stopped in to see if his practice would be able to help.
  
  Dr. Weimer performed some active release, chiropractic adjustments, and gave me a set of exercises. He spent a lot of time with me (more than any other chiro that I have been to), and made sure to spend extra time in follow up sessions to make sure I was doing the exercises properly. My knee responded really well to the exercises, and it became stronger and more flexible. I am now back practicing jiu jitsu and muay thai, and I could run multiple days a week. My knee is the strongest it has been in a long time, and the discomfort I currently have is minimal. Dr. Weimer really helped me, and I feel like his practice is one of the best I have been to. If you are struggling to recovery from an injury, I would strongly recommend Dr. Weimer.

  These guys rock! I'm coming back from a 4-year-long back injury, and have had other doctors xray it and tell me nothing was wrong. So glad I found this place, and Dr Weimer! I feel like I'm finally getting relief and some real things to work on with the PT and chiro he works with me on.
