  So I ruined a tire and went to this store for a replacement. Was told they'd have to order it from their store in Colorado Springs and would be here either on Friday (this was on Wed August 30) or the following Monday.
  Friday came & went without a call, that Monday the 1st was a holiday, so I went in on Wednesday. Was told the tire was "in transit" and should be here the next day (day #8 since it was ordered from a store 60+ miles away). Went back Thursday, the tire was finally there. Waited 1 1/2hrs...only to be told the tire had been damaged (crushed) in transit, and they were having a hard time getting it to air up. Had to go to work so I left my wheel there. Friday I left my Jeep there ALL day, thinking that should be plenty of time to get this "1" tire mounted.
  Came back at closing time...they brought my Jeep around, handed me the keys & said thanks. Then I noticed...they had done nothing, still no new tire, and no spare on the back. I was told they still couldn't get the tire to air up, and we'd have to start all over...and reorder another tire, "maybe" it'll be here by next Friday.
  I said I at least need a tire to use for a spare, since now I need to wait at least another week..again. They put a new tire on my spare rim...THEN asked if I wanted to buy damage insurance...for a spare tire that wasn't even going to be touching the ground!!
  The next Friday comes and goes...no call (day #16 since they first ordered this "1" tire). I go back to the store...yet again...the following Monday. The tire is finally here, so I leave my wheel...again, and plan on going back the next day to get the new tire & my rim put on the Jeep. Later that day they finally call me (1st time in 19 days of waiting) to say the tire was mounted and ready. I go back down there...now for the 4th or 5th time, losing count...and they put the tire on the Jeep, and my spare back where it belongs.
  Now I see that the center cap that says "Jeep" is missing from the rim with the new tire...and point it out. He says "oh, it's on your spare", takes the cap off the spare, and puts it on the rim with the new tire. That's all well and good...but I'm still missing a center cap...only now its missing from the spare tire! All 5 wheels (including the spare) had a center cap when I first brought the Jeep in...20 days ago now.
  I was so disgusted with the service I've gotten...for ONE tire, I just left. Utterly ridiculous...I've had my Jeep for 17yrs, have gotten every set of tires for it from Discount Tire....never again!!
