  Wish it were possible to leave Minus 5 Stars. Really snotty people. First time I went in I was told "oh, 5 minute wait." 25 minutes later, just stylists yakking, laughing and scratching. Finally left. Hey, no one cares there.
  Made an appointment a day later and had to change the time - really unpleasant woman said the "whole" day was booked and "no one" could do 7 foils for me on short hair. Imagine from 9:30 AM until 8:00 PM not a single stylist available. That's called rude punishment because I had to change the appointment time. Won't be a next time for these unpleasant, rude, unprofessional amateurs. Wal-Mart has more professional stylists and they are eager to book appointments.
