  I broke a rib at work. When going in for the first time, the wait is painfully slow. The staff however are always very good and I have been there before. I’m usually in and out in a timely manner if I’ve an appointment. I would suggest another doctor be on hand for the walk-in injuries. This way we are not waiting over three hours just to be seen. When you are injured it is hard enough to wait to be seen. Another doctor and a triage nurse would be a welcome addition so the wait times would diminish quite a bit. I would then give all tens to this concentra.
