  I went with ASAP Movers based on a friend's recommendation. We had contracted to tile our living room and the tilers moved the start date up by a week. So I needed a room moved on short notice and over the weekend.
  
  I called ASAP Movers on Friday at 10am and asked if we could have our living room furniture including a baby grand piano moved on Sunday. The person taking the order asked how heavy the piano was and where it was being moved. I told her it was up two steps into the dining room and it would take 4 strong men. She scheduled them to arrive between 9 and 9:30am Sunday.
  
  On Sunday I received a call from Fred of ASAP at 8:35am saying they would be here in 45 minutes. Four men of varying height arrived at 9:10. I signed the paper work and they commenced the move. By 9:30am they were done.
  
  I was very impressed with the care they took with the piano and the rest of the furniture. They all were friendly and had good attitudes. The cost was the same as told over the phone; there were no surprises.
  
  This was a very positive experience. I highly recommend ASAP Movers.

  My husband and I used these guys twice, once just to unload a truck and once to pack and move us 250 miles. The unload went fine but the pack and move was a complete disaster. They were scheduled to show up at 9 am to start packing. A little later than I thought was appropriate for them to pack all our belongings and drive 6 hours, but hey, maybe they're super efficient? Nope. They showed up at 10:20, but started charging us at 9:00 because they claim that's when they left their warehouse. It took four guys plus my husband 8 HOURS to pack everything. One guy took two hours to pack a bathroom. And then the truck they'd brought was not in fact 26 feet long because all the stuff they haul around takes up 2+ feet. We maxed out a 26 foot truck on our previous move and thought it would work....but not when they cut out those extra feet. We had to rent a uhaul trailer (at our own cost) to haul the extra stuff that didn't fit. This took another two hours which we had to pay for because they refused to go on ahead with the truck.
  
  Finally, they got on the road at 7:30 pm, arriving at our new house at 2:15 am. Now, since they packed us using their boxes, they now had to unpack. Fast forward to 5:00 am. Unpacking is done but the supervisor can't do math and keeps totalling the hours wrong. Finally my husband pays with a card (because they don't take checks and who has $5000 cash on them??) and yes, we got tagged with the 10% fee ($500), and says he'll talk to the manager by phone to work out the hours.
  
  Angela is just a real treat (sarcasm). No one cares less about customers than this woman. We paid $500 for full-coverage insurance. The movers scuffed our brand new Amish table that cost us $4000. We're not going to get anything for the damage. She didn't want to negotiate about the hours (we were charged for three more than we received).
  
  The movers were unkempt, reeked of BO, needed multiple smoke breaks, and seemed high the entire time. They were late and unprofessional. Use another company and refer your enemies to these guys.
