  AS OF JAN 15th 2014 ALLSTATE has refused to refund me my money. I have filed a complaint with BBB & Colorado DORA-Insurance division. I am working on steps towards a lawsuit. I will not stop until justice is served STAY AWAY FROM THESE Thieves....GOOD HANDS HAHAHAHA they are THIEVES NOTHING MORE. Not sure how these people sleep at night knowing they are robbing hard working Americans STAY AWAY I WARNED YOU! Don't end up like me....ROBBED BY ALLSTATE!

  I was RIPPED OFF by JACK SUGHRUE & CRYSTAL at JACK SUGHRUE's ALLSTATE OFFICE!
  They LITERALLY STOLE MY HARD EARNED MONEY & LEFT ME HANGING!
  
  I was lied to by "Claudia" another employee...She told me I had a 10-day grace period to make payments. Then my due date was changed without notice from the 19th to the 16th. To make a long story short they took my last payment & canceled my policy 2-months early! Then "Crystal" Tells me OH WELL....start a NEW POLICY & make ANOTHER PAYMENT?
  
  WHAT you ripped me off once & you want me to PAY YOU AGAIN!!?? I'm just a regular middle class person struggling to make life work...and this is how ALLSTATE TREATS ME??
  
  UNLESS your made of money & don't mind having your due date randomly change, being told lies, & having your MONEY STOLEN, and then asked if you would be willing to get robbed a SECOND time!??
  
  ***********I am going to take this to the HIGHEST level legally possible til I get my money back & a letter saying the lapse was 100% their fault as my interest rates on my car just went up!********
  
  Thanks Jack for ROBBING me...then trying AGAIN!
