  I have never been disrespected by a care provider like I was in the last two visits at the dental office of Dr. Baxter. It seams like they have lost there mind. Over a $50 discount, they lost a $20,000 procedure, gained an upset patient and will loose more patients as I will spread the word about my experience. I was at the office today 3/27/18 to have a cleaning performed and to discuss the next step of my care plan. I was given an appointment for tomorrow. After I left I was called and told that if I don't pay with a credit card now I will loose the discount by tomorrow. I asked for Dr. Baxter to call me back. She called and was upset that she had to call me. So I canceled the appointment over $50! I believe this is a very poor business practice which leads me to wonder what is going on at this practice.
