  Great place to live if you enjoy supporting a property that doesn’t care about you or the wildlife! Added a toxic chemical to the community pond “to control algae” that killed all the aquatic life. Pond reeks of death and is covered in aquatic carnage. No signage posted, leasing office ladies were clueless on what it actually was. No concern for the children or dogs that live in the neighborhood and frequently play around the pond/in the water.
  
  Oh! I forgot, they also like to have hidden fees such as the conservice bill.
