  Greg Nelson is a wonderful Realtor. I was a first-time buyer, and he guided me through that process with knowledge and confidence. Greg listened to what I was looking for in a purchase and tailored listing-queries to my desires. He was readily available when I had questions and wanted to view properties. While we viewed homes, his knowledge of existing structural details as well as his eye for a home's structural potential were invaluable to me.
  
  Once under contract, Greg kept me on track with my next steps and was always on top of paperwork and the contractual details. Parts of the contract were challenging, and he dealt those challenges with poise and aplomb. He did this by leveraging his knowledge and resources and those of the Herman Group he belongs to, by discussing terms and applying gentle but consistent pressure to the seller's agent when necessary, by keeping me abreast of my options at each step, and by contributing a sense of measured, positive, patient and informed energy to the whole process.
  
  Additionally, after the sale Greg checked in with me several times to make sure that everything about the house was as expected, and to support me as a new home owner with a discussion about things I should be thinking about.
  
  Greg is an energetic, knowledgeable, thorough Realtor. My newly-purchased home in Northeast Lakewood is everything I was looking for, and I'm very happy with my real estate experience with Greg.
