  These fun classes work my muscles like never before! Instructors are motivating, friendly and knowledgeable. The moves are specific and make you shake but luckily you're not in them for too long before a quick transition to the next tough movement.

  This is a MUST TRY workout! From the very first second to the last, your body will shake, and you'll realize that your body has muscles you've never used before -- and how long your body can be sore from just one class.
  
  I know that a new kind of workout can seem intimidating, and at first glance the equipment is a bit scary, but fear not Fierce45 is super welcoming, and empowering. As a first-timer there's a good chance the instructor will keep an eye out for newbies to help explain the flow of class, and walk you through the different parts of the equipment.
  
  The instructors are real-life examples of how effective the method is. They will kick your butt for 45 minutes straight, but by the end of it you'll want them to be your newest BFF.
