  Drove all the way from Louisville Colorado in traffic because they were the only knew with the specific bike I wanted.
  
  Walked in and there were 3 people behind the counter. I asked where the bike I wanted was. He pointed in a direction and said over there. I thought he'd come over and try to help me and after 10 min I decided to start writing this review.
  
  I've spent thousands of dollars in this store when we bought bikes a few years ago and a trailer. It was a much different experience.
  
  I will never return to this store. Maybe it's just me but I shouldn't have to figure this out on my own with a business I'm going to spend another couple grand.
