  Called for an estimate on repairing a samsung power supply board after reading many online complaints about the same problem I was having on the same TV model. Found an ebay listing for repair to send my board out and wanted to see if anyone local could do it for similar money.
  
  I was quoted $105 over the phone and told to bring it in and have them test it really quick. When I showed up the owner "Coach" was there to check it and offered to repair it in 30 minutes while I grabbed lunch and only charged me $80. Not only was the service great, but I felt like my business was truly wanted and appreciated. Obviously I dont want my TV's breaking or failing anytime soon, but if they do I will be back!
